Directory is a platform that seemingly
bridges the virtual and real time components
of a business’s daily operations.
Developed for Internet Yellow Page (IYP)
directories, this product provides a new,
innovative and convenient means of connecting
customers visiting a vendor’s Yellow
Page listing on an IYP directory to its
phone line with the click of a button
How
it Works
The 2Click2Call
process is as follows:
1. A customer
visiting a vendor’s IYP listing
clicks on the 2Click2Call link provided
on the vendor’s record. The customer
will be asked to enter their contact number
and hit the “Send” button.
2. The request is then sent to
Front Logic’s servers and routed
to the vendor. The vendors phone will
ring. Once answered, the vendor is notified
that a customer is requesting a call.
3. When the call is accepted, the
vendor will hold as 2Click2Call automatically
dials the customer’s number and
connects the two parties.

2Click2Call offers the following features:
Register Multiple “Call To”
Numbers:
“Call To” numbers are registered
by the vendor and represent the phone
numbers 2Click2Call will contact when
a customer sends in a call request. 2Click2Call
allows every vendor to register up to
4 “Call To” numbers.
Call Progress Tracking
2Click2Call provides customized messages
for both the vendor and the customer when
a call is initiated.
Customer Tracking
After initiating a call request, the status
of the request is provided to the customer.
The customer will be notified through
a window on their browser and includes
the following information:
1. If the
call request was successful
2. If the
call request was accepted
3. If the
call request was rejected due to busy
signals
4. If the
call request was rejected because it was
made outside of business hours
Vendor Tracking
In the event 2Click2Call cannot reach
a business because the “Call To”
numbers are currently busy or the request
is initiated outside of business hours,
a missed call notification will be sent
to the Call Logs found in the Administrative
Account. The Call Logs will report the
following information:
1. Phone
number
2. Origin
country and state / province
3. Status
(reason the call was missed)
4. Time
of the call
5. Date

Front Logic provides your directory with
the tools to manage your vendor account
settings and monitor calls from one easy
to use interface.
Business Settings
This section allows your directory to
customize the 2Click2Call online solution
in real time. This administrative tool
includes the following options:
1. Update
“Call To” numbers
2. Set
the time zone in which the vendor resides
3. Record
the vendors’ business hours
4. Select
the states and provinces where the vendor
will accept incoming calls
5. Set
your call initiation fee and call per
minute fee for the vendor
Call
Logs
This feature is visible to both the IYP
provider and the vendor. It tracks the
call history and records missed calls,
while also providing the following:
1.
The customer’s phone number
2.
The customer’s country of origin
3.
Date and time of the call
4.
Status of the call:
a. Blocked mobile number
b. Call made outside of regular business
hours
c. Vendor line was busy during call request
d. Initial call request was not successful
