Mr.
Sean Dusome,
President & Director
Mr. Dusome,
a founder of the Corporation, brings
to Front Logic over 15 years of
entrepreneurial, operations, and
sales experience.
From 1988 to 1998, he was a key
Operations Specialist for Visions
Electronics outlets across Western
Canada. During this time, Mr. Dusome
also held the position of store
manager for Visions in Medicine
Hat and Saskatoon from September
1991 to March 1995 and from May
1997 to August 1999 respectively.
From this success, Mr. Dusome moved
into the technology sector to which
he is applying the principles of
leadership, innovation, and professionalism
acting as President of Front Logic
Inc. since March 2003. He brings
to the Corporation a strong background
in relationship building, marketing,
sales training, technology, and
promotions with proven sales records
and several national sales awards.
Mr. Len
Blackman,
Director
Mr. Blackman is one of the founders
and the first significant financial
investor in Front Logic Inc. As
a business - marketing consultant,
he assisted in the strategy and
establishment of the Corporation’s
structure and products.
From May 1995 to August 2000, Mr.
Blackman was the owner and operator
of Scoreboard Sports Lounge in Medicine
Hat, after which he assumed the
non - executive role of Account
Manager with the Corporation.
His experience in business development
is extensive and he is a progressive
entrepreneur with over 15 years
of experience in retail sales, business
management and marketing.
Mr. Blackman’s portfolio includes
numerous commercial and residential
real estate properties, as well,
he owns and operates multiple businesses
in the hospitality and entertainment
sectors.
Mr. Blackman’s attention to
business strategy, implementation
and knowledge of real - world customer
service is of utmost assistance
as Front Logic continues to expand
and intensify.
Mr. Kevin
Fichtner, B.Comm, MBA
Director
Mr. Fichtner
received his Bachelor of Commerce
and Masters of Business Administration
from the University of Saskatchewan.
He is also an Associate of the Credit
Union Institute of Canada and Canadian
Securities Course graduate.
Mr. Fichtner worked for the Co-operative
Trust Company of Canada for a number
of years in the Mortgage Services
area. In this capacity, he managed
a staff of 50 where mortgage originations
averaged $300 Million and a servicing
portfolio of $1 Billion. With his
tenure at Point2 Technologies, Mr.
Fichtner has had the opportunity
to foster relations with IT partners
such as Ask Jeeves and Salary.com.
As a director of Front Logic, Mr.
Fichtner brings a penchant for relationship
building and a wealth of experience
with industry partnerships.
